Pu-erh Black Tea
From the Yunnan province of China, Puerh has a distinct earthy but mellow taste and an aroma like no other tea, due to the unique process of fermentation and ageing - this blend with a hint of lemon flavour.
Brewing Tips:
Use boiling water
Let it draw for 3 to 5 minutes (or to your taste) to release all of the flavour
This earthy tea is best drunk black and a slice of lemon goes very well too
