Cherry and Cinnamon
We should thank the Romans for this tea. Back in the first century AD they brought cherries to Britain, starting a love for the little red fruit that would continue through the ages. This tea has paired the sweet, sharp flavour of cherries with the spicy flavour of cinnamon.
The result is a rich, deep-red infusion that even the Romans would have been proud of.
Brewing Tips:
Use boiling water
Let it draw for 2 to 3 minutes (or to your taste) to release all of the flavour
Always without milk
