Sweet Fennel
In Roman times, Emperor Charlemagne declared that fennel was essential in every garden across the land. We think it's essential in every cupboard, too.
Not only has it traditionally been used to help with digestion, but it also has a bright, liquorice flavour and sweet aniseed aroma. This infusion is light, clean-tasting, and perfect for refreshing your senses after a meal. Why not give it a try?

Brewing Tips:
Use boiling water
Let it draw for 2 to 3 minutes (or to your taste) to release all of the flavour
Always without milk
