Blackberry and Nettle
Tea and cake. Toast and jam. Rhubarb and custard. Some things are best in pairs. And blackberries and nettles are one of nature's couples, growing together in the autumn hedgerows. They work well together in this infusion, too.
The rich, juicy flavour of the berries is complemented by the peppery tang of the nettle. One sip and you'll be in a sunny English meadow.

Brewing Tips:
Use boiling water
Let it draw for 2 to 3 minutes (or to your taste) to release all of the flavour
Always without milk
